The founder and guarantee of our service‘s quality is Mgr. Aleš Novák LL.M., graduated from the Law faculty of Charles University in Prague and from LL.M program at Leicester University in UK.
Except the experience that Mr. Novák gained, while working as a succesfull lawyer, he was also, for more than ten years, working as a judge while adjudicating on cases from commercial, civil, family law or cases regarding enforcement of an act or execution.
